By accessing or using MyAvatar, creating an account, or clicking "Create Account", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyAvatar. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

MyAvatar is an AI-powered video creation, distribution, and content management platform. The Service enables users to:
- Create professional videos using AI-generated avatars
- Generate and edit video content with AI-assisted tools
- Distribute content across social media and publishing platforms
- Manage campaigns, leads, and content calendars
- Access analytics and performance monitoring
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
- Fees — access to MyAvatar requires a paid subscription. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with 30 days notice.
- VAT — all prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT will be added to your invoice based on your location.
- Billing cycle — subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are due at the start of each billing period.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds — no refunds are provided for used credits, partially used billing periods, or services already rendered. Unused credits expire upon cancellation.
- Free trial — if a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MyAvatar to:
- Create, upload, or distribute illegal content or content that violates any applicable law
- Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any individual or group
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
- Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or cause harm
- Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
7. User Generated Content
MyAvatar provides tools for creating and distributing content. As a user, you have full control over what content you create and how it is used.
Content Liability Disclaimer
- Users are solely and exclusively responsible for all content they create, publish, or distribute using MyAvatar. This includes, without limitation, all videos, images, text, scripts, and any other media produced through the Service.
- Rye Outsourcing accepts zero liability for any content produced or distributed by users of the platform, regardless of whether the content was generated with AI assistance.
- Users warrant that all content they produce complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, defamation, and advertising laws.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rye Outsourcing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, or legal costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to content created, published, or distributed by the user.
- Rye Outsourcing reserves the right to terminate any account that produces or distributes illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content, without prior notice and without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
- Your content — you retain ownership of all content you create using MyAvatar, subject to any third-party licences (e.g., avatar models, stock media).
- Platform ownership — MyAvatar, including its software, design, features, documentation, and branding, is and remains the intellectual property of Rye Outsourcing. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
- Licence to us — by uploading content to MyAvatar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
- Feedback — any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific uptime levels, or particular results from using the platform.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Provide at least 30 days notice via email to the address associated with your account
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Post the revised Terms on this page
Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
